not a 4 star i am american man I have visited china many times . this hotel is adequate but at best a 3 star. carpet stained/dirty. nice gym. expensive buffet with sub par food do not eat there. go down to the wanda plaza. many restaurants good food less expensive. the staff were responsive at desk but definately do not make you feel welcome. at check in I thought i was at wrong hotel??? as the man did not seem to want to check me in . my advice is to pick another hotel.
