Will not stay there in future I stayed one night in this hotel in Sept 2010, and will not plan to use it in future. 1. The direction to the airport shuttlebus loading point as told by the hotel was unclear and confusing. They told me to go to B1 C0818, but did not tell me it should be the B1 across the bulding structure (be careful of not go to B1 where taxi line is; it is the wrong B1); 2. The restaurant waitress service was terrible. I entered the restaurant at 9:45pm, but the waitress urged me repeatedly to order fast because their chef ends work at 10pm. She gave me a feeling that they are under the old government owned business style; 3. The bellman servie was terrible. At 6:20AM, I called the bellman and told him "I needed them to take my luggage down so that I could catch 6:30AM shuttle to the terminal". This guy went to other guest room first (who was not in rush) and came to my room late that I wasted my waiting time and missed the suttlebus by 1 minute. Obviously the bellman did not bother to come to my room in a reasonable speed so that I could still catch the shuttlebus, nor try to hold the shuttlebus for a minute. Throughout the stay, I did not feel they care much about the customers.
